The robot does a decent job. But the app lacks some very important features: There is a map created. That's great. But we can only draw rectangles to define zones (go or no go zones). If the created map is slightly rorated, one cannot create zones within only one room One can't select multiple zones to clean, only one by one. To clean the whole house, you need to create a zone with all the map. Sometimes, especially on big zones, for some reason, some parts of the zone will not be cleaned. Why?

It's difficult to draw a map accurately because you can't tilt the map for better square drawings. Additionally, it's no longer possible to connect the robot to Google Home. The no-go zones aren't always respected either; I created a no-go zone to prevent the robot from going under my wardrobe, as it sometimes gets stuck, but it still goes under it. With Neato now out of business, I’m left with a really overpriced bot, and I wonder how long the app will still be available to control it.

The account verification link is leading to json error (even on a mobile device with the app installed). So if it suppose to act as a deeplink - it doesn't work and opening a browser with an error instead: {"message":"Bad Request","reason":"missing proper content accept header"}

The app doesn't start anymore. Not able to contole robot vacuum, the floor plan that I set is not working, so it goes to places that it shouldn't go and gets stuck there. Neato support has stopped, I just found out.

While the app works decent. it's not great. the email links to verify email and to reset password are broken. seems the someone should fix this ASAP.

Getting worse, I had a D3 in the past, all good, multi floor map etc never an issue. Now I have D8, which years later you would expect has improved, considerin the price is 30% higher, but no! Reduced functionnalities, only one floor map and despite promise the app was not updated to include the feature 2 years down the line. Now the app doesn't keep in memory the robot, and I have to spend 30 min to connect again, having lost all history, of course. Wake up, neato team, don't make it worse!!!!!

Garbage. I wish I had gotten a refund. My old D3 Connect worked for years. Upgraded to the D10 when the D3 failed after working for years. The D10 requires this junk MyNeato App. It often has network issues, even though my phone has a great WiFi connection and the D10 is just feet away from my access point. I press the 'locate' button and the robot starts beeping instantly (it is connected). I have contacted support often, and nothing good comes of it. DO NOT BUY!

This app is unfortunately a downgrade from the initial app. The biggest negative that I can see is that the cleaning zones are only allowed to have four corners that you drag and drop. In the previous neato app, you could custom- draw the zones, so you could have irregular zones. For my house, this is important, because I have rooms that jet off of other rooms that I want included in the same cleaning zone.
