Happy so far. The kids love using them, and their friends also have them so they can call each other. We used the pre pay plan for now and might change to a subscription later if needed. Sometimes, the gps location is a few metres away from where they actually are, but this is ok for me as we wanted the watches for the kids to be able to contact us. I like that you can set a limit on their area of play and get a message if they step outside that border. You can manually refresh gps every 2 mins.

Overall good product and app. Stars missing due to key features lacking. Voice messages have an hard limit to 10 second and video calls to 2 minutes, without options for users to adjust to their preference. This has a massive impact on the user experience for both grown ups and little ones... try to explain why the line always drops after 2 mins... This is the opportunity to kindly requesting to add these features to your roadmap. As side note these restrictions are not mentioned on the website.

This app seems abandoned with a lot of placeholders like "null null null" instead of time or names and such. The messages don't arrive to the clock, and the GPS coordinates don't update. You should probably not buy this clock, or refund it like we will have to do now. Answer to response: why would you use an app from competitor instead of your own brand? Go back to releasing your own app. We bought the One2Track Connect Neo and it says we're supposed to use this app.

Good app so far. One point though. I'm assuming the location will regularly register as the service provider node when the watch is on a WiFi network. Because when in a building sometimes the device location is indicated as Multiple kilometers from the actual device location.

Not possible to top up. Last version seems to have broken that. The screen where you enter the quantity does not scroll, so there is no way to click the button to go to the next step. This makes the watch useless if you can not top up some balance to the SIM card.

Downloaded yesterday and so far it's been good. Would love it if we could change the notification sound to make it different from all the others that we receive from different apps so that we know from sound when our kids have sent a message.

The tracking does not work well. Sometimes it does not refresh at all. Too bad. I wanted to buy European but would not buy one2track again. Please fix!!!!
