It is terrible!! There is not even a number to actually talk to someone. Tried to make an Appointment for November 2 2021 but the CALENDAR starts on the 7th. Trying to pay my Rent this app. keeps going back to October even when I manually put in my PAYING SOURCE. Then it has the audacity to keep saying it has my Account. Even when trying to do this Instant or Manually

The rent payment part of the app wasnt clear at all because it kept saying account already existed but I discovered you have to tap verified and then tap checking OR credit card and then submit. I also submitted a nonemergency work order and 4 days later it was taken care of as promised.

Worse experience ever. When I tried to use the instant verification option it tells me bank account already exists. Of course it does. I added it and am verifying it. Clearly a glitch in the system.

Would've gave 5 ⭐s but apps kinda aide in lessoning basic person to person social skills, social needs and that personal human feeling. Other than that it obviously does what its designed to do because Twin Towers residents as well as management moves like a team(in my opinion) and that alone is impressive for 2 buildings, 44 floors, 6 units per floor & everybody appears informed & no chaos. It's working✊🏿

This app is pretty accurate when it comes to getting packages and emails making work orders

Just moved in and already have purchased and sold something on the market place, entered a work order, received my package notifications, and have the building updates at my finger tips. What a great one stop shop app for my building!

Garbage app that can't even get basic functionality to work. It won't post my message to the marketplace and doesn't give any reason why, just an obnoxious "Something went wrong"

Clunky, but functional. Marketplace can freeze up a bit, and there's lots of loading, but so far it hasn't failed me.
