Having my card frozen the 2nd time, quite a hassle to contact the support team. And the pay with debit card option does not work, which is very inconvenient. Need to either pay by cash and scan the barcode, which I did and end up getting my card frozen twice now, buying the voucher or top-up with online banking, more hassle and extra steps.

1. Not convenient to add DOB when try to verify and increase Max Limit. I have to manually click for more than 5 mins. Why not you provide option to key in the DOB???? 2. Keep crashing when capturing image of my IC. 3. End up not able to increase monthly limit. Waste of my time. Very bad experience for me.

Terrible app. 23rd November 2024 1400h, card terus function cannot use. 24th November 2024 1814h, station under maintenance. Originally 3x points per litre for petrol purchase using app, due to app unavailability, only get 1x per litre. Customer service like robot always provide standard answer as per terms and conditions, no solution for the issue.

Make it compulsory to have an activation in the email that we provided in setel on top of the mobile number. Now I can't use my own email address because someone already using it. The no email activation is ripe for abuse and spamming/ads. Fixs this. You just lost lots of user being this way.

Setel has made fueling up so much more convenient! I love how easy it is to make payments directly from my phone without having to queue or even step out of the car. The interface is user-friendly, and the rewards system is a nice bonus! Highly recommended for a seamless refueling experience.

1 flattop which sometimes makes it difficult for users who want to hurry. frequently updated. And it often hangs so it's slow to update. I hope there is a change ..for tokey

Excellent app, can you add 2 preset of fuel spending amount, one for motorcycle and one for car, it will be easy for me everytime I want to change to car I need to change how much i want to spend ususally more than RM20. Since i daily drive motorcycle to work, the amount I set is RM6. So if you make 2 preset, I will be very thankful.

I had a bad experience setting my account. If there was a zero star I would have given it. The app does not allow me to go beyond OTP when trying to register. Support then asks for my phone bill, phone information and the Petronas station that I frequent. I thought this was an odd request. After a few days of no communication, they then asked for proof I own my email address (btw the app doesn't ask for email address). I have decided Setel doesn't deserve me as a customer.
