The app has been a complete waste of time. It makes contacting owners a highly opaque process. You never hear back from the properties you send enquiries to. To top it all off, the helpline people either don't pick up or just hang up on you when they find out you want to rent and not sell. Download any other realty app but don't waste time on this one.
