Taskrabbit has never worked for me. I've tried signing up but everytime I try to sign in, I receive "incorrect email/password". Even when I choose to reset my password and immediately try to log in it is always the same: "incorrect email/ password". Even almost 2 years later. And there isn't a way to contact support. I even attempted to update the app, but it never needs updating on Google Play. It's impossible.

Great service, but the Tasker app is complete garbage. I hate the constant loading screens on every single page. Implement some caching or something and load the cached data, and if needed, update tbd page data if anything has changed after a few seconds. Or better yet, push those changes to the app in the background. Move skills from the Performance page to the Profile page. And Implement multiple categories of notifications so that we can opt out of the spammy notifications.

This app actively discourages usage. There is no bulk edit anywhere. For example, I can't just enable availablity for the whole month for certain hours at once - I am forced to go to every day, add, choose hours (4 extra clicks at least), save and go to another day, repeat. Are you for real? And it's similar with with other options. And the navigation is a nonsese too. Guess where you will find the options to enable categories and set prices! Where, I have never been able to guess.

App having login issues (+desktop site), had to change my password and after it was approved, I signed into the app, and I didn't get in, even after un- and re-installing and restarting my phone for any troubleshooting errors. And turns out it's definitely has been quite the problem for a while based on some of the other users posting their experiences about this issue as well, so I would strongly be against using this until they find a way to fix this. Disappointing!

Awful app, waste of time. I used to receive dozens of tasks, and now I'm lucky to receive one or two a month. The algorithm to assign tasks is garbage. The more tasks you complete, the more tasks you will receive. Does anyone else see the problem with this?? I don't get tasks because I don't get seen, and I don't get seen because I don't get tasks. I'm so disappointed with Task Rabbit now. I'm going to have to find another app. Update 10/21: This app keeps getting worse and worse.

Edit #2: had this at 3 stars but I'm dropping it to 1. -The Map feature is a pain and far too restrictive -Calendar doesn't sync -Notifications don't come through. I've had multiple jobs be auto canceled because I was never notified there was a request!! -The fluctuating rates are awful and nonsensical -Clients aren't even required to attach a phone or address to their profile, so WE have to often do TaskRabbits job in collecting information. But we sure don't see that nice 40% cut they take 👎

so far working through the app it has been very positive. maybe it helps to help others when you have experience but altogether the app has been great. The only minor issue i would have is you cant upload any video when clients are having a hard time understanding what you are trying to explain to them but it seldomly happens.

I'm not able to get work in my area. I can't see myself on the website. I'm available all the time, but there are some issues I couldn't understand. They've sold some of their problems on the app. Map can be improved. It veri hard to update and draw.
