My Follow Up is a smartphone application specially designed by a group of senior doctors keeping in mind the intricate relationship of the doctor and his/her patient for an online follow up . My Follow Up's main desire is to keep it simple yet informative. My Follow Up enables patients to upload their reports before the call so that doctors can examine, diagnose accordingly and give medical advice on a simple phone call, followed by an online prescription.

The previous rating was undue. All confusion was due to our network (2G network) problem. Both doctor and follow up team left no stone unturned to resolve the confusion (for it wasn't a problem, just confusion). Am thankful to response team and the doctor. Go for this app. Not only app, but, people related to it, too, are humane and outstanding.

There were few issues initially, which were resolved. Been able to consult pulmonologist on the same day even during diffcult days of pandemic. Really appreciate that. Suggestion: can drop a mail to customer care in case of any technical challenge. They respond very fast.

My first experience was amazing. I was facing some issues with app but my doctor was very nice. He rescheduled my appointment. Please work on notification part. Everything else is excellent. Also, customer support gives prompt reply over email. That's amazing.

Crash. not able to upload all reports and xray images. Some issue with the application. App crashes. Crash. May be size limit. Can't upload bad quality x-rays, useless. Large files should be allowed.

There are some issues with the app regarding the customer care option and I hope they will fix that in the next update. But once I got in touch with the team they were very helpful and replied promptly and got the issue resolved in no time. 5 starts to the customer care team for the effort and efficiency.

There are lot of issues with this app which makes it unusable 1. There is no way to contact anyone. When you click on "Contact Us" option, nothing happens. What a massive glitch! 2. I paid 1500rs for an appointment and the doctor didn't approve the appointment. I never received a fund. There is no way to contact and take refund. 3. I called the doctor and his assistant insisted that i take appointment through him instead. The coorodination is poor or absent. Please refund my money

Your calendar is not in sync with your doctor schedule. He did not call back or respond. I have been charged 1400 for the virtual appointment. Really bad interface... Your app doesn't have any kind of video support. Refund money or you guys follow up with doctor first. Going to file a consumer complaint. Have you guys have even thought this through... please let me know on my appointment asap.

App is helpful for follow up and used it for booking appointment, but I have seen you guys are also increasing service charge very frequently which is putting the patient in inconvenience as patients are already in trouble with medical expenses.
