You should just delete this app off the store, does not work as shown on the screenshots. And actually won't even allow me to log in using my email. Just getting some random generic error code, next time you guys decide to publish an app you might wanna make sure all the options are working before you put it up. edit: I tried the phone number option and this is just a scam they called me for 3 seconds and gave me no code.

I do not understand where the bad reviews are coming from. Everything is exactly as written in the description including a US number 24 hour free trial. It is exactly because of this why I am considering to purchase a number. All other apps (tried 7) promised free, but did not follow through. I was stuck in a "watch an ad loop" just to TEST the service. I.e. testing before buying is an important thing for me, ideologically.

I validated my phone number and proceeded to choose an international number so my buddy could call me locally. Everything was setup correctly with all the permissions granted, we attempted 3 calls, all of them I couldn't hear him, I turn on the speaker option too and nothing. The international number couldn't receive text messages either, I was very disappointed. I started a refund request as it charged €10 and nothing works. Such a bad experience!

I don't understand why there's no help center for this app, no one to talk to or get any help from whenever the app isn't functioning properly. I signed up and the app only work well on the same day, it's a month now and I'm only able receive calls and sms. I can't make a call as it keeps cutting off and wasting my credit/money. Come on this not fair Virtual sim, I want to enjoy the service properly. Can someone reach out to me?

Horrible app. I wasn't receiving texts from google at all, the app worked only once, and now when I register and go to "my numbers" I have 0 phone numbers the developers want to force you to pay money and are trying to prevent you from having a free number.

The support team is very slow and horrible, I have paid for a number which I haven't got up to now, tried to send them email to WHT they call support email but no one is responding, the number is not yet added to my account even the funds are showing 0 yet i have paid. Please give me the number I have paid, what should I do?

it's now more terrible than usual, I recently purchased some credit and tried purchasing numbers, I was unable to get messages neither calls after purchasing the number already. it's really painful 😣

Why aren't the support replying I just purchased the virtual sim credit and number but I'm unable to call with it ...It keeps showing connecting and later it stopped without connecting to the person I called....I can't make calls with it..The text message delivered successfully and i can receive but can't make calls...I have contacted the customer support through the mail but no one is responding...why.
