Have been using for a couple of weeks now, lots of tasks appearing and easy to use once you get the hang of it! If tasks do get rejected they are clear as to what you did wrong so you can always go back and try again

They are very, very picky. They will use your information Without paying you They need you to analyze all the informatiand take. All the pictures and fill all the gaps in the report. Cumbersome to use app, each step takes longer than needed. can't use my own camera app, snap the necessary pictures and upload them while answering their questions. you have to stand in front of the shelves and wait for each step to be done. They also just reject tasks claiming you have been at the wrong location. Even with pictures to price that you were there 💀 yeah nah, not worth it at all

Poor experience, I should have read the other reviews before I downloaded and started wasting my time and money for Roamler. I followed the instructions to the letter, took a wide photo of the "Oral Range" then they requested a photo of every bay with "Oral-B" products. One of the 3 in the wide shot had none, so a close up was not taken. Roamler refused to make a payment (micro) for following their instructions. I have no doubt that if I had taken the additional they would moaned too.

The actual idea is great. The app is awful and crashes on you when youre in the middle of the mystery shop which is frustrating and resulted in my photos being rejected (since i had to take photos of the photos to upload to the app when i got home). They need to improve the usability as currently it isn't fit for purpose and is a waste of time.

I have been a Roamler for the last 6 years , however for the last two years the app has been a flaky piece of junk. More and more merchandising and paid for reviews of products and less actual mystery shopping. I keep getting timed out emails because I haven't done any jobs for months, then when I try to log into the app get constant errors. No help from Roamler because I can't log in. Waste of time. Such a shame as it used to be really good.

Nice Idea but the amount of time and effort for reward just isn't worth it. On top of that I live in a relatively bustling area and there may be 2 or 3 tasks within 3km if I'm lucky (and there's 3 supermarkets in that radius!). Also I don't believe it's mentioned, or at least not clearly, that you'll need to make accounts for other sites to log certain tasks.

Absolutely not recommended. The App is "heavy", loads slowly and has a lot of bugs in it. You are given such a limited time to finish your assignment ( sometimes only 90 min since your reservation), need to control many things ( the numerous of checked products, your Photos and having to deal with IT problems). The reward is normally not high, but they are so picky with the result. Many of my submitted assignments got rejected, because of trivial things, like submitting extra picture.
